Problem 1: Planning the User Journey
For an e-commerce business, it is incredibly important to
content leading to a purchase, and this was our main
focus. We came up with as many pieces of content that sold
the product as possible, by showing reviews and
testimonials, comparing the product to competitors, and
using awe inspiring imagery to entice people to purchase.
Making all of the bonuses such as free international
shipping and payment options, we distinguished them from
the other businesses in the space. By incorporating cart
abandonment mail systems and bonuses with purchases, we
had a massive effect on their customer lifetime value.
