Problem 1 : Reworking Navigation

We had to entirely rework their navigation due to information overload, and users weren’t able to find what they were looking for. Following a journey approach means that anyone viewing the website is led naturally through the pages and onto the call to actions.

Their call to actions were high - resistance, meaning that there was a lower conversion rate. We created a quiz for anyone to take to see if they are fit for foster care. We led this onto them signing up

Problem 3: Reworking copy to reflect brand

We rewrote all of the text on the website to accurately represent the brand. This meant we could show exactly who Three Circles are, and why they should be picked over other fostering agencies.

Our design team made the website from scratch, using design fundamentals to make the most visually appealing website possible. This is important because it gives higher social proofing, and gives that professional yet homely look needed for a foster agency.

Problem 1 : Simplifying the website

For any small business, the most important thing is to show instantly what you do and why anyone should choose you. The previous website had problems with this, and there was nothing eye catching - most of the content was informational. We reworked the entire website to mainly show customers what the business does, and then the information is all separated into a separate section for anyone that wanted to find this.

Problem 2 : Leading people to join the club

It was initially difficult to find out when the training times were, because of the navigation system. We had this on the home page instead, with all of the call to actions leading to this - so anyone could quickly find out where to go to join.

A martial arts website needs to inspire awe just by looking at the website. An informational website doesn’t work well with this sort of business, and instead it should be image heavy to lead people to the call to actions.

Problem 1: Planning the User Journey

For an e-commerce business, it is incredibly important to have the content leading to a purchase, and this was our main focus. We came up with as many pieces of content that sold the product as possible, by showing reviews and testimonials, comparing the product to competitors, and using awe inspiring imagery to entice people to purchase. Making all of the bonuses such as free international shipping and payment options, we distinguished them from the other businesses in the space. By incorporating cart abandonment mail systems and bonuses with purchases, we had a massive effect on their customer lifetime value.

We worked with Utopia Supplements to create the best product images that would lead to the highest number of sales. We planned photographs that they could take to display their product.

We worked on their copy, and their rejection handling. This means we questioned the reasons customers had against buying - for example why should they purchase this instead of just an energy drink?

We worked with their current developers to create payment systems and automated emails to make sure everything runs smoothly. After all, an e-commerce business cannot make money without their payment system.
